Sugar Rim Ingredients

2 tbsp dark brown sugar
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg

Cocktail Ingredients

2 oz Oak & Cane Rum
3 slices of peach diced into cubes
1 tsp ginger simple syrup
2 oz Ginger Beer
10 ginger candy cubes
2 sprigs of thyme
1 tsp of the sugar rim mix


In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sugar rim. Pour out onto a plate. Wet the rim of a small glass and gently press into the sugar mixture. In a shaker, combine ice, Oak & Cane Rum, half of the diced peaches, seven ginger candy cubes, and ginger simple syrup, and one teaspoon of the sugar rim.  To your sugar rimmed glass, add ice, the remaining diced peaches (save two pieces for garnish) and two ginger candy cubes. Garnish with one ginger candy cube and two cubes of the diced peaches.
